About me
A versatile journalist, I work mainly as a photojournalist for Agence France-Presse (AFP), and occasionally for France Télévisions, France 24 and RFI.
From 2021 to 2024, I contributed to the coverage of many key moments in German political life and international news:
- federal elections in 2021,
- G7 meetings under the German presidency in 2022,
- meetings linked to the coordination of financial and military aid to Ukraine in Germany,
- King Charles III’s first visit to Berlin in March 2023,
- Thomas Pesquet’s return to earth after six months in orbit
- anti-coal demonstration in Lützerath with Greta Thunberg,
- demonstrations against the war in Ukraine,
- Berlin international Film Festival “Berlinale”,
- climate change protests…
My first job was with Agence France-Presse in Toulouse (in the south of France), where I had the opportunity to cover a number of current events:
- Storm Gloria, which led to major flooding in the Pyrénées-Orientales and Aude (in southern France),
- pro- and anti-bear demonstrations,
- the 2020 municipal elections in Toulouse,
- job cuts at Airbus and Bosch following the Covid-19 pandemic,
- the psychological impact of the pandemic on students.
At the same time, I wrote my first 52′ documentary produced by the French production company LaFamiglia on the theme of forbidden love during the Second World War. The film recounts four stories of forbidden and dangerous love in France and Germany, based on poignant testimonies, archive footage and reconstruction scenes. I also produced an episod on work-life-balance for a Louie Media podcast on our contemporary working world.
